Founder, AXIOM Entertainment
Erik Toral is the founder of Axiom Entertainment, a boutique advisory and development company operating at the intersection of talent representation, brand partnerships, and cultural IP creation.
Erik graduated from Santa Clara University with a bachelor's degree in commerce, beginning his career in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers before transitioning into entertainment finance at NBC. At NBC, he developed an early understanding of how media, brands, and audiences intersect at scale.
He went on to spend several years at Creative Artists Agency, one of the world's leading talent and entertainment companies. At CAA, Erik worked across TV production, talent representation, and brand partnerships, structuring campaigns that connected major brands with entertainment talent and cultural moments. His clients included Lexus and Diageo. During his time at CAA, Erik also built strategic relationships across the nonprofit and advocacy space, working with organizations including GLAAD, NALIP, LALIFF, Latinx House, and the Television Academy.
Axiom Entertainment is built on a thesis Erik held throughout that time: that the most powerful partnerships happen when brands show up inside culture rather than alongside it. The company operates across talent management, brand partnerships, and entertainment development, focusing on building cultural IP and strategic partnerships that create long-term value.
Erik also co-founded Axiom Cultura alongside Marielena Acevedo, a CPG operating executive. Axiom Cultura is a platform connecting brands with Latin creator talent and cultural IP across the fastest-growing consumer segment in America.
